While on my search for "the perfect peplum" I came across this one in the Forever 21 store window and couldn't take my eyes off of it! I never want to spend a ton on trendy items because I know I can only wear the once or twice, and then it's out of style, so this was perfect. It was inexpensive, and different, exactly what I was looking for.
The only downfall about this outfit are my shoes, though they are adorable, they are extremely painful and uncomfortable, but as they say;
"beauty is pain"
