Neutral colors are the building blocks of fashion. Most people associate neutrals with the colors black, tan, brown, white, gray and nude. Navy hardly makes it on that list, but it most definitely should be!
Normally I would pair this yellow skirt with a black top, and be done with it. But adding color to my wardrobe is a part of my fashion new years resolutions. Spring time is the perfect time to start wearing color, since most of the time we navigate towards dark colors in the winter time. Hopefully the color will follow me throughout the rest of the year.
