FIT FRIDAY- OATMEAL BLUEBERRY PANCAKES


Hey loves, welcome back to another Fit Friday! 
Today I'm here with another recipe, this time-- Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes! 

Ingredients:
 (for 2 small pancakes, or 1 large pancake) 
1/4 cup Instant Oatmeal
2 Egg whites
1/2 Mashed Banana
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Water 
1/3 cup Blueberries
PAM Olive Oil Spray

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, add PAM spray on frying pan and pour 
ingredients, cook on medium heat, flip, and enjoy with a side of fruit and sugar free syrup! 
(only about 135 calories, and so filling!)
