Today I'm here with another recipe, this time-- Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes!
Ingredients:
(for 2 small pancakes, or 1 large pancake)
1/4 cup Instant Oatmeal
2 Egg whites
1/2 Mashed Banana
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Water
1/3 cup Blueberries
PAM Olive Oil Spray
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, add PAM spray on frying pan and pour
ingredients, cook on medium heat, flip, and enjoy with a side of fruit and sugar free syrup!
(only about 135 calories, and so filling!)

It is really good if you are not expecting it to taste like an actual pancake.
ReplyDeleteMine turned out delicious! However, when I entered and added all the ingredients for a calorie count, I came up with 201 calories!

Total calories: 201
Higher calorie count than you posted, however the recipe makes 2 very good sized, filling pancakes!!
